CrossBreed Holsters has gone to the next level with the best-selling belts in our line. The Classic Gun Belt now has a woven nylon webbing strap as a liner to our already tough, sturdy belts. This nylon core increases the support of the belt, making it stiffer, and keeps the belt from stretching long term. This liner is set in place with industrial adhesive between the layers of top grain leather and, as always, the belts are recessed stitched to keep a smooth look and provide for longer, fray free wear.
A good, solid gun belt is the foundation of concealed carry, allowing a holster the reliable means to stay in place. The Classic Gun Belt by CrossBreed has been recently redesigned, to make it stronger and better than ever!
The Classic Gun Belt starts with hides specifically tanned to the specifications of CrossBreed. Once these hides are in-house they are cut into the desired width of belt strips and hand leveled to ensure an even 7 oz thickness. Each strip is matched cross grain with a premium 7 oz. leather liner using industrial adhesive, and now incorporates a ¾” woven nylon webbing strap. This new design provides additional support and keeps the belt from stretching through continued use. Each belt is beveled, burnished, and joined by recessed stitching using 277 thread. These belts will be approximately ¼” thick resulting in a strong belt with superior support for your carry needs, while still offering flexibility for comfortable everyday wear. Each belt comes standard with a Stainless roller buckle, with additional buckle options available. Belts are available in 1.25” and 1.5” widths. Seven holes spaced 1” apart allows a large range adjustment. Other options include a pressed Basket Weave design, and Hook and Loop lining for use with our V-Clip package. Belts by CrossBreed come with our try it free, two week guarantee.

Additional Founder's Leather Information
Founder's Series Belts feature a 7oz outer layer made of a 100% vegetable tanned leather using no dyes or lacquers. The hides then have natural oils and tallow applied under pressure giving each piece of hide a unique and distinctive appearance. The leather pieces range from a dark chocolate brown to a lighter tan with contrasting grain. The natural oils accent the grain and structure of each piece, resulting in a beautiful holster or belt that will withstand moisture, sweat, and environmental conditions. These oils also aid the leather in forming to your body when worn, resulting in a very quick break in period.
Due to the natural character of the leather, each belt will show wear and use from the holster and the owner. Over time these marks will accent the rustic feel and look of the Founder's Series. Each Founder's Series Belt will come with a care kit containing a bottle of dark saddlers oil specially formulated to bring back the original rustic look and feel. The Founder's Logo is going back to our roots when Mark Craighead stamped a simple cross on each holster to symbolize his faith and devotion. We have combined the original cross stamp and Mark's signature to set apart the Founder's Series of holsters and belts.

The quality, durability and comfort is great. My previous Crossbreed belt lasted for 12 years of daily use. The leather is stiff at first, but softens nicely over time. The thickness is just right, and the improvement in buckle hardware is nice.

The V clip fastens to the back of your velcro lined gun belt using Velcro. This allows the weight of the gun to still be supported by your belt but no clip is visible from the outside.

H Harvey R.My last belt ordered from Crossbreed Holsters has 43" stamped on it but because of weight loss, I am having to buckle it on the second to last hole which leaves approximately 6" of belt past the buckle. I am figuring that my new belt would need to be 40". Am I figuring this right?

You should be in the middle hole on the gun belt, so I would recommend a 41". If you are continuing to lose weight (Nice Job) that 40" might be a better choice.

Hello. You should not have any trouble with our buckles, and if you do, they are covered under the lifetime warranty and we will replace them at any time should they break.
