The Hook & Loop Fastener-lined Kydex panel fits securely in your purse or another bag and keeps the gun and purse stabilized. This means that it will not spill over or cause your purse to tip like many purse holsters on the market today. Combined with our handcrafted modular holster, our concealed carry purse insert ensures your firearm is safe, secure, and always in the same spot in your purse or bag. The Purse Defender purse holster insert system comes complete with the L-Shaped panel, and a CrossBreed Handcrafted Modular Holster. (For use with your own purse. No purse included with purchase) It is available in left or right hand and for a wide variety of small to medium-sized handguns. The Purse Defender measures 9" wide x 6" tall, with the base of the assembly being 3" wide

D DeborahDoes the purse defender panel attach somehow to the inside of your purse? Otherwise wouldn’t the whole panel and holster pull out of the purse when trying to draw the gun?

The Purse Defender panel does not attach to the purse. It will work great with most purses but not all off them. Most purses have a zipper flap that the Purse Defender will catch on stay in the purse when drawing.

You can select what firearm and light/laser you have by filling in the required fields. If you do not see the option for your firearm there it is because we either do not have that mold or do not offer that holster for your setup.

C CaitlinI am thinking about purchasing this for my s&w shield EZ for my purse carry; was wondering what would be recommended size-wise if I have installed my own laser/light? Would there still be enough room?

The size of the Purse Defender panel depends on the size of your purse. As far as the holster part, it would need to be made for the specific firearm and laser/light in order to have the proper fitment.

A AmyI have a smith and Wesson j frame air weight 642 with laser, what would fit? The laser was not available with laser option.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any laser options for the 642 at this time. We do keep track of customer requests and would be happy to add this request to our list. We will need to know what laser you have to add it to that request list.
